Ian brings a wealth of industry and healthcare sector experience. His areas of expertise include leadership, organisational and senior team facilitation as well as strategic programmes. Ian is renowned for his humour and sharing his passion for learning new skills with his audiences.

Ian has spent the last 30+ years as a training professional, the last focusing within the Healthcare sector. Ian’s courses are regularly appraised as being challenging, informative, insightful and a learning experience rooted in practical application.

Gerry is an independent training consultant and facilitator. Her early career was predominantly in medical research, both in the pharmaceutical sector and in teaching hospitals.

After gaining a Degree in Business Studies, Gerry directed her career interests into training and human resources. She became a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner and enjoys using this psychometric model to enhance her special interest which lies within personality dynamics and team development.   

Gerry has also achieved the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development Certificate in Training and Development and is an accredited tutor for the Institute of Leadership and Management.

A health and social care expert, Alo has been delivering staff/specialised training for the public, voluntary and private sector since 2004. Clients include local authorities, NHS Trusts, private businesses, colleges and non-profit organisations.

Alo is a qualified university tutor and lecturer (Masters, PGCHE). Alo has the ability to build a spontaneous rapport with learners from all walks of life. Her professional, yet, responsive and flexible approach can adapt to all audiences. Alo loves to empower all learners. She uses a variety of methods and approaches to support diverse learning styles.

Cecilia has over 18 years’ experience as a leadership trainer, organisational facilitator and executive coach and a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions to a wide variety of clients.

Cecilia brings a wide range of experience across sectors and industries including NHS Trusts, local government , education, banking, finance, construction, retail and telecoms.

Tony has worked as a training consultant for over 30 years, 14 years within the NHS and has developed and ran bespoke training programmes in many trusts.

Tony is passionate about helping others understand their own limiting beliefs and choose to make the changes that’s right for them which will ultimately help them.

Tony is a qualified NLP and TFT practitioner and incorporates these skills both within his teachings and in his independent clinic which specialises in trauma, anxiety and phobia reduction.
